If you check the Map-Center ModDB page, you'll see that we've been releasing content regularly for Q2ReRelease since launch, and continue to do so!

At present, I don't believe there are plans for Heretic II, but you should come and hang in Discord and make your voice heard. That's how we ended up supporting Q1 and Q3, the will of the people!
Do you know of many Heretic II mappers who'd be keen for something like that?
